- You must notify dk77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

dk77 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other persons will be returned, less any applicable transfer fees, and the dk77 account may be suspended pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or collusion in live casino games.
- Opening or operating more than one account on dk77, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.

Any winnings accrued during a period of prohibited conduct will be void and may be reclaimed by dk77. Where fraud has been established, dk77 reserves the right to pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
6. Responsible Gaming

9. Amendments to These Terms
dk77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, dk77 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification before the change takes effect.
If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. dk77 aims to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly.
